Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA): trauma to multiple layers (not just muscles).
What to do when everything happens all at once.
Feel safe behind the wheel again
It’s much more than just being tired from work.
I was in pain and wasn’t able to do much due to injuries from a car accident. I couldn’t even do simple household chores without pain. I was starting to put on extra weight, and the doctor’s prescription drugs weren’t helping. After one month, I felt the best I had been since the accident over a year earlier! Better yet, now I’m completely off the pain pills!

“I just want to feel normal again.”
You might look fine from the outside (but your day feels very different now).
Sleep deprivation breaks you faster than pain after an MVA
Restorative sleep is not a luxury. It’s fuel for healing.
- Morning stiffness
- Driving tension
- Desk fatigue
- Evening crashout

An MVA affects all of your daily movements
Wouldn’t it be nice to tie your shoelaces again (without triggering neck pain)?
A gradual change across multiple sessions
Feel like a human again (not a statue with a laptop).
- Precise adjustments
- Soft tissue work
- Mobility drills
- Strength training
- Evening routines
- Postural strain

Rehab is the climb
Long-term maintenance is how you avoid sliding back down.
Your before and after is not a magic flip
How you rehab now changes how you play later

This isn’t divided attention
This is personalized care.

Benefits
I understand injury from my own personal experience at a young age. Using Rapid NeuroFascial Reset is a great way to quickly calm your central nervous system and typically produce faster results.

A mapped-out process that respects your daily life
Busy week settings. Flare protocols. Workload conversations. A rehab plan designed to stretch with your life (instead of snapping when things get busy).
You like clear steps (not mysteries)
It’s not an endless line of appointments. It’s progress in real time.

Plans that fit YOUR life
Build the outline for a conservative, integrated plan using the tools you actually need, including chiropractic, acupuncture/IMS, shockwave, massage, rehab, orthotics. And build both “floor” and “ideal” versions so it fits around work, kids, and energy.

Have a thorough assessment
Start with your story, then do a focused orthopaedic, chiropractic, neurological and movement exam and review any imaging you already have. You’ll know what is driving your pain and whether we’re the right place to help.

Ongoing Support
Check your progress in real‑world terms: sleep, walking, workdays, caregiving, travel. Adjust the plan based on how you respond. Ask about imaging or another specialist if needed.
It’s not treating an MVA in isolation
It’s looking at how your knee, hip, and shoulders all work together.
Q: Will adjustments hurt?
Chiropractic care for MVA patients is a regular part of our practice (not a rare exception).
Q: What does your first visit with an MVA patient usually include?
Your first visit after a motor vehicle accident typically includes a detailed assessment, medical history, and discussion of your injuries, symptoms, and accident details. We evaluate your mobility, strength, joints, muscles, nerves, and movement patterns to identify both obvious and not so obvious injuries. Treatment may begin on the first visit when appropriate and can include chiropractic care, soft tissue therapy, acupuncture/IMS, or guided exercises.
We also help coordinate necessary documentation and direct billing related to your MVA claim when available.
Q: Do you use rehab exercises or just adjustments?
We use both, depending on your condition and goals. Adjustments and hands-on treatment help restore joint mobility, reduce pain, and improve how your body moves in the short term, while rehab exercises are essential for building strength, stability, and long-term results. Most treatment plans combine in-clinic care with specific exercises you can do at home to support recovery between visits. The goal is not just to feel better temporarily, but to help prevent the problem from coming back.
Q: Are you comfortable coordinating care with my doctor and case manager if needed?
Yes, we often coordinate care with physicians, specialists and other health care providers.
Rehab rhythm that fits your schedule
No rush. No pressure. Only a plan that fits your life.
