Your treatment plan will include a combination of hands-on care in the clinic and active strategies you can do at home. In the clinic, this may include chiropractic treatment, massage therapy, acupuncture/IMS, shockwave therapy, or guided rehabilitation exercises depending on your condition. At home, you may be given specific exercises, stretches, mobility work, or activity modifications designed to support your recovery between visits. Our goal is to help you not only feel better in the clinic, but stay better outside of it.
